Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Knowledge of Tally and accounting basic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records
- Welcome the visitors to our office
- Collecting their credentials / information & direct them to the respective departments / personnel
- Issue documents / items to customers who visit the office for collections
- Answer questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Preparing records of visitors and organise their data for future reference
- Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
- Utilize office network system to schedule new and follow-up appointments
- Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address

Arkiten International (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Al Karama, Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require software, receptionist, assistant, tally, accounting, time management, written communication, interpersonal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
