  • 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
  • Friendly and compassionate disposition
  • Knowledge of Tally and accounting basic is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Collecting their credentials / information & direct them to the respective departments / personnel 
  • Issue documents / items to customers who visit the office for collections
  • Answer questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
  • Preparing records of visitors and organise their data for future reference
  • Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
  • Utilize office network system to schedule new and follow-up appointments 
  • Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
