  Key Responsibilities:
  Assist in the sale and leasing of high-end and exclusive properties
  Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client presentations
  Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
  Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and leads
  Support negotiations, offers, contracts, and transaction processes
  
  
  Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, confident, and client-focused personality
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
  • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
