Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Reception & Front Desk: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.

• Administrative Support: Assist management and staff with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and document preparation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Office Management: Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure common areas are tidy and presentable.
• Record Keeping: File and retrieve corporate documents, contracts, and reports.

Requirements:
• diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
