Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly inspect AC duct systems and water tanks to identify the extent of contamination, including mold, dust, and debris.
• Utilize specialized equipment, such as vacuum systems and high-pressure washers, to effectively remove contaminants from AC ducts and water tanks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in confined spaces, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent hazards.
• Prepare work areas by covering furniture, sealing vents, and protecting surrounding surfaces to prevent damage during the cleaning process.

Desired Candidate Profile.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required to understand technical instructions and safety protocols.
• Relevant certifications in AC duct cleaning and water tank cleaning (e.g., NADCA, CWT) demonstrate professional competence.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in AC duct and water tank cleaning, showcasing practical expertise.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning equipment and techniques ensures efficient and effective service delivery.
