Studio Sales & Growth Manager

OptionsPilates is an international Pilates and movement studio with a dual focus:
 • Private & semi-private Pilates training
 • International Pilates certification & apprenticeship programmes
We are expanding in Hong Kong and seeking a commercially driven, KPI-oriented Studio Sales & Growth Manager to lead revenue generation, client acquisition, student enrolment, and instructor team development.
This is not a passive operations role.
We are looking for someone who thinks in numbers, targets, conversions, and growth — someone who understands that a studio thrives on sales performance, client retention, instructor engagement, and the strength of its training pipeline.
This role requires both commercial sharpness and confident leadership.

Role Overview
The Studio Sales & Growth Manager is responsible for:
Driving client package sales
 Reactivating inactive clients
 Converting trials into long-term clients
 Recruiting students into certification courses
 Growing the apprentice instructor pipeline
 Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of Pilates instructors
 Supporting studio expansion initiatives
While operational oversight remains part of the role, revenue growth and team performance are the primary KPIs.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, leadership, and long-term studio growth.


Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)
Client Acquisition & Retention
Convert trial clients into long-term package holders
 Track and improve trial-to-client conversion rates
 Reactivate inactive and past clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email outreach
 Identify upselling opportunities (larger packages, renewals, add-ons)
 Monitor client retention metrics and renewal rates
Direct Sales Outreach
Confidently handle phone sales conversations
 Follow up on leads consistently and proactively
 Maintain structured follow-up systems for all enquiries
 Build rapport while closing sales effectively
Sales KPIs
Monthly package revenue targets
 Trial conversion rates
 Client reactivation numbers
 Student enrolment numbers
 Apprentice recruitment targets

2. Education & Student Recruitment
We run internationally recognized Pilates certification programmes.
You will:
Handle inbound enquiries from aspiring Pilates instructors
 Conduct consultation calls to assess suitability
 Explain course structures, pricing, and career pathways
 Follow up with potential students to close enrolments
 Support course launches and information sessions
 Confidently articulate the instructor journey from student to senior instructor
You must understand both the commercial and human side of the education pathway.

3. Apprentice Programme Recruitment & Pipeline Development
We sponsor selected candidates to become instructors under a structured bond programme.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying high-potential candidates
 Conducting screening interviews
 Explaining long-term career pathways
 Driving enrolment into apprenticeship cycles
 Building a sustainable instructor pipeline
 Strengthening retention of junior instructors through mentorship and development conversations
This role directly impacts the long-term growth capacity of the studio.

4. Instructor Leadership, Development & Team Engagement
This is not a purely administrative management role.
Our instructors do not respond well to rigid hierarchy — they respond to leadership, clarity, collaboration, and professional growth.
You will:
Build strong professional relationships with instructors
 Coach instructors on client conversion, retention, and communication
 Upskill instructors in sales confidence and client journey awareness
 Motivate performance while maintaining a positive team culture
 Lead regular development discussions and performance reviews
 Create structured but collaborative accountability
 Support instructors through skill development and progression
 Identify and nurture high-performing instructors into leadership pathways
You will understand:
The client journey — from first enquiry to long-term retention
 The instructor journey — from apprentice to skilled senior instructor
You must be confident leading performance without creating a culture of resistance.

5. Studio Operations & Team Oversight
While sales is the priority, you will also:
Oversee daily administrative operations
 Monitor instructor KPIs (retention, renewal rates, client conversions)
 Ensure smooth client handovers during instructor leave or resignations
 Train and supervise admin staff
 Maintain SOPs and operational systems
 Step into reception coverage when required
You are responsible for ensuring commercial and operational alignment.

6. Community Engagement & External Development
Growth does not happen solely inside the studio.
You will:
Represent OptionsPilates within the Hong Kong wellness community
 Identify partnership and brand-building opportunities
 Engage in local development activities
 Build meaningful relationships outside the studio
 Promote our services confidently in external settings
 Support expansion initiatives and new studio development
You must be comfortable being the commercial and cultural face of the studio.

Position Details
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (weekends included)
Compensation Structure:
Trial Period: Hourly rate during training phase
 Post-Trial: Base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to:

 Apprentice recruitment
 Instructor performance improvements
