Description

Royal Real Touch Office Furniture Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled Web Developer & Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites while driving online growth through SEO, digital marketing, and website performance improvements.


Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites.
Build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Implement on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
Manage and maintain eCommerce websites, ensuring optimal functionality and conversions.
Perform website backups, security updates, and troubleshooting.
Fix technical issues, broken links, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
Create landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and SEO-compliant.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
Good understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
Experience managing eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred).
Familiarity with website security, backups, and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
Knowledge of WooCommerce customization.
Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, DNS, SSL, and website migrations.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an advantage.
