Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the acoustic solutions and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and a proven track record in generating leads and successfully closing projects.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in acoustic solutions and interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present company products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Coordinate with estimation and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the acoustics, construction, or interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
• Strong professional network within the consultant and contractor community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
