As part of our regional expansion, we are hiring a Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead B2B fleet maintenance and mobility operations across the UAE.
We operate a technology-driven fleet intelligence platform integrating:
• Preventive & corrective maintenance
• Workshop network (SLA-based model)
• GPS & telematics
We are looking for someone with:
✔ 6+ years of fleet or automotive operations experience
✔ Strong OEM & aftermarket auto parts knowledge
✔ Experience managing large fleet contracts
✔ Strong SLA governance & cost optimization mindset
✔ Ability to translate telematics data into operational decisions
Job Specification
