Description

A highly experienced female account assistant Cum sales coordinator is required , with thorough knowledge of accounting, book keeping, payroll processing, inside sales, sales and procurement co-ordination, Inventory control. Composing & editing office correspondence as well as monthly & annual business reports, performing range of administrative duties as requested by management.

Job Requirements
Work experience as an Accounting or Accounting Assistant
Knowledge of
• Financial Statements
• Financial Analysis, Financial Audit
• Budget and Forecast
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Very Good experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Orion)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
