Requirements:

-To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

-A minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Self-motivated, driven, and punctual

-Competitive 50/50 commission structure, payable immediately upon the successful completion of a transaction

-For transactions where you provide both the seller and the buyer, we offer a 60/40 commission split
