Field Business Development · Client Engagement · Digital Outreach
BW Engineers is a German-rooted engineering and consultancy consortium delivering strategic development, master planning, mobility, civil & infrastructure, architecture, structural, MEP, BIM and asset-lifecycle consultancy. 
As part of our continued growth in the UAE, BW Engineers Emirates is looking for three proactive Business Development Executives to represent the company in the market, develop relationships and create new business opportunities.
Your role
■ Conduct regular field visits to government entities, developers, engineering consultancies, contractors and other relevant organizations across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
■ Identify and approach senior management, decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations.
■ Introduce BW Engineers and its multidisciplinary consultancy capabilities professionally.
■ Secure qualified meetings between prospective clients/partners and BW Engineers' management.
■ Follow up with contacts and develop relationships into potential business opportunities.
■ Identify relevant projects, tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and prequalification opportunities.
■ Support company registrations and prequalification with target organizations.
■ Maintain the company's CRM/client database and provide regular activity reports.
■ Support professional outreach through LinkedIn, email and other digital channels.
■ Attend relevant networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings when required.
Digital Marketing
Depending on experience, one of the three selected candidates may take additional responsibility for BW Engineers' social media and digital outreach, including LinkedIn management, corporate posts, online engagement and coordination of digital marketing activities.
What We Are Looking For 
■ 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client relations or field marketing, preferably within engineering, construction, real estate or professional services.
■ Strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
■ Valid UAE driving license and willingness to undertake regular field visits.
■ Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
■ Confident, professional and comfortable approaching new organizations and senior contacts.
■ Persistent, organized and able to follow up effectively.
■ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, online platforms and CRM/database tools.
■ Experience with LinkedIn, social media, UAE procurement or vendor-registration platforms is an advantage.
■ Based in Abu Dhabi or able to work from Abu Dhabi.
