Description

As a well-established marine company with 35 years of operations in the UAE, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Marine Procurement Executive to support vessel supply and marine procurement operations.

• Handle marine procurement for vessels including technical, engine, deck, and cabin stores
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine suppliers, ship chandlers, and service providers
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time delivery to vessels
• Act as the main point of contact for internal operational requirements
• Manage urgent and ad-hoc vessel requirements in a fast-paced marine environment
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and cost control
• Monitor vessel schedules and ensure proactive procurement planning
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc procurement analysis
• Stay updated on marine industry trends, regulations, and supplier markets

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills (marine vendors)
• Ability to work under pressure with tight vessel schedules
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (ERP/CRM experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Bachelor's (Required)

• direct Maritime: 2 years (Required)

• Driving License (it is a plus)
