Description

•Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments of the CEO

•Managing travel and accommodation as and when required

•Typing, compiling, preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

•Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

•Take minutes during meetings

•Maintaining proper filing systems and procedures

•Liaising with employees, customers, suppliers and other external partners

•Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

•Miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary


SKILLS

•The candidate must demonstrate Discretion and trustworthiness as she will often be party of confidential information

•The candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills

•Should have proven integrity, good work ethics, transparency and accountability

•Must have high levels of attention to details in all aspects of work responsibilities
