Description

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Share accurate product or service information to generate interest.
• Maintain a record of calls and customer responses.
• Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in achieving weekly/monthly soft call targets (non-aggressive).
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team as needed.
• Ensure a pleasant and customer-friendly approach at all times.

• Must be currently residing in Dubai.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
