Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily care and maintenance of plants on our farms, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest management
• Develop and implement plant care schedules and protocols to ensure optimal growth and productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of plants and farms to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with our landscaping team to select and procure plants for projects and ensure that they are properly cared for and maintained
• Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, growth, and maintenance activities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest horticultural techniques and best practices and apply this knowledge to improve our plant care and maintenance operations
• Train and supervise farm staff on plant care and maintenance procedures
• Participate in the development of new plant varieties and propagation techniques
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Monitor plant health and detect any signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies
