URGENT | Leasing Coordinator/ Admin

We’re looking for a Motivated and Active Real Estate Coordinator to join our Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Inquiries (Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in)
- Assisting Clients and help resolve customer complaints
- Managing client databases and preparing reports
- Prepare reports as requested by management
- Preparing Real Estate forms and documents
- Monitoring inventory for rentals and renewals
- Enter and update customer and inventory information into the system
- Complete other administrative tasks as required by the management
Abilities:
- Advance Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to the fast-phasing environment
- Customer Service Qualities
