Job Title: Administrative/Customer Service

Department: Administration
Al-Alam Enterprises seeks an organized and reliable Administrative/Customer Service professional to join our team. This individual will provide valuable customer service, maintain administrative records, and contribute to the successful functioning of our business. Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable with data entry, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email, responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion and as per company instructions
• Enter customer data into databases on time
• Assist in creating and analyzing customer reports
• Create/maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Assist with the resolution of customer problems, gathering data, and helping with paperwork as necessary
• Liaise with Al-Alam Enterprises departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use data entry tools to enter customer data into databases
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
