Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install busbars for power distribution in switchgear systems.

• Expertly carry out control wiring tasks in line with specified schematics.

• Test and commission switchgear systems to ensure their optimal performance and safety.

• Diagnose faults in busbar and control wiring systems and make necessary repairs.

• Coordinate with the design and engineering team to ensure specifications and standards are met.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards while performing tasks.

• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in switchgear systems, specifically with expertise in busbar fabrication and control wiring.

• Strong understanding of electrical principles and switchgear systems.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings.

• Hands-on experience with testing and diagnostic tools relevant to the field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and other stakeholders.

• Continuous learning mindset to keep abreast with the latest technologies and techniques in the field.
