Captain Fix Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote our maintenance, renovation, and technical service solutions across residential, commercial, and retail sectors in Dubai.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Meet with clients to understand their maintenance and renovation requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the technical team for project assessments.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in Technical Services, Facilities Management, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, HVAC, or Construction in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Strong understanding of maintenance and technical service solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and BOQs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

The position require captain, technical, technical sales, executive, new business, maintenance, service, solutions, residential, commercial, retail, networking, site, team, project, proposals, contracts, sales, customer, operations, activities, client, market, industry, business, marketing, presentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
