We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The Store Keeper will be responsible for efficiently managing our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all items in the store, including incoming and outgoing products.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive deliveries, inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy, and ensure they match purchase orders.
  • Storage and Organization: Properly store and label products in designated locations to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products are stored and handled in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, invoices, and inventory counts.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover rates, and any discrepancies or issues.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and assist with their purchases.
  • Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and computer applications.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and moving of inventory items.
