• Assists the Head Chef in food preparation for the daily production and actively works with chefs to increase his knowledge and expertise in all areas of production.
• Ensure that the work stations are kept clean and to ensure correct use of equipment at all times. Report equipment breakdown or failure to the Head Chef
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Assists in food preparation for the daily production, measuring ingredients as per menu and chef instructions.
• Managing and stocking deliveries
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• 2-3 years experience in the same field
• Culinary Degree or equivalent
• Team player with a jolly personality
• Can work under pressure and in a fast paced environment, has willingness to work long hours and must be available to work on weekends or works on shift

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 year experience on the same field qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require food, preparation, production, equipment, breakdown, compliance, health, safety, regulations, kitchen, stocking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
