Description

A multinational company located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, involved in the textile business, is looking for a results-driven Account Manager – Textile Overstock & Brand Partnerships with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proactively identify and acquire textile overstock, surplus inventory, cancelled orders, and residual collections
• Build and manage long-term relationships with manufacturers, retailers, and brand owners, including protected and patented brands
• Independently source new business opportunities and expand the supplier and partner network
• Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, volumes, and conditions) and manage transactions end-to-end
• Select appropriate resale and distribution channels in line with brand positioning, territorial restrictions, and IP requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, legal, compliance, and sales) to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market developments in textiles, fashion, and surplus goods
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM data

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Buyer, Trader, or Business Development Manager, ideally in textiles, fashion, wholesale, or surplus goods.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills and a solid commercial understanding of pricing and margins.
• Structured, reliable working style with attention to contractual and compliance aspects.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference
