Job Title: Telesales Executive –

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and selling our software products over the phone. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base and supporting the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce and promote company products

⦁ Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate solutions

⦁ Manage the full telesales cycle—from lead generation to closing sales.

⦁ Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries.

⦁ Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

⦁ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

⦁ Provide basic product information, demos, or schedule advanced demos with technical teams.

⦁ Gather and relay customer feedback to support product and process improvements.

⦁ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

⦁ Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

⦁ Good organizational and time management skills.

⦁ Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
