- INTERFACE WITH SALES TEAM, ANSWERING THEIR SERVICE RELATED QUERIES
- MAKING SERVICE RELATED REPORTS, MAKING MIS ETC
- RELAY INFORMATION TO HOD AND SALES TEAM WITH RESPECT TO SERVICE, AFTER MARKET FITMENT, NODIFICATION OF VEHICLE, WARRANTY REPAIR ETC.
