Job Roles and Description:
As a receptionist at our car showroom, you will create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary role will be greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our showroom. Your primary responsibilities will include:
-Customer Reception: Welcome and greet customers warmly and friendly. Provide information about our car models, features, and promotions. Answer inquiries and guide customers to the appropriate sales representative.
-Appointment Scheduling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers to schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle inspections, and maintenance services. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.
-Showroom Maintenance: Always keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor the availability of brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials. Ensure that the showroom environment reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Support colleagues in providing outstanding customer service, sharing knowledge, and promoting teamwork.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience of 2 years+ minimum.
- Must be a Filipina national with excellent English communication skills (both oral and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or receptionist role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and attitude with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
