Description

Nomad Interiors is currently looking for a PRO who has 3-5 years UAE work experience, is knowledgeable in UAE labor law, is capable of handling multiple tasks under minimum supervision and is willing to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:

1- Knowledge in UAE laws

2- Well knowledge about all visa processing, immigration and labor, trade license renewal (NOC's)

3- Well knowledge about online submission and registration to different government entities

4- Arabic Speaker

5- English Speaker

6- UAE Driving License

7- Should be here in UAE (preferably in Abu Dhabi)


Duties & Responsibilities are but not limited to:


1- Responsible in processing/renewing and keeping track of the employees’ work documents (e.g. labor card, visa, insurance, contracts, cancellation) as described and in accordance with the UAE Labor Law

2- Responsible in processing/renewing and keeping track of all company legal documents including all company’s insurance policies (e.g. trade license, trade license classification, all risk insurance, workmen’s compensation insurance.)

3- Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above duties

4- Keeping track to the ever-changing government rules and regulations and providing the management on information

5- Handling all vehicles renewal, equipment's and all issues related to the company

6- Performing ad hoc requirements from the manager

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
