Description

We are seeking motivated and organized Office Staff to join our team. The Office Staff will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks, contributing to efficient office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Office Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and ensure their availability.
Email Management: Handle email communications, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as necessary.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Visitor Services: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
Team Support: Assist staff members with administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in an office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
