Description

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Office Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office operations run seamlessly by taking care of various tasks related to office maintenance and support.
Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
Keep the office premises clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure that all areas, including common spaces, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes, are well-maintained.
Supplies Management:
Monitor and restock office supplies, including stationery, refreshments, and other consumables.
Place orders for supplies when necessary to maintain inventory levels.
Errands and Deliveries:
Assist with running errands, such as collecting and delivering documents, parcels, and other items as required.
Coordinate with external vendors for deliveries and pickups.
Assistance to Staff:
Provide assistance to employees as needed, such as helping with setting up meeting rooms, arranging equipment, and addressing minor technical issues.
Support administrative tasks, including filing, sorting mail, and photocopying documents.
Event Setup and Support:
Assist in setting up for meetings, events, and workshops.
Ensure that meeting rooms are prepared with the necessary supplies and equipment.
Safety and Security:
Maintain a secure office environment by following security procedures and protocols.
Report any safety or security concerns to the relevant personnel.
General Support:
Assist colleagues and team members with ad-hoc tasks when required.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while interacting with coworkers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an office boy, office assistant, or similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of office equipment and supplies.
Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve light lifting and physical activity.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
