Description

• Hands-on experience in: Active Directory and Windows serve and roles (DHCP, DNS, File Share…etc), Windows OS Workstation, Administration and support of Office 365, Backup solution, Antivirus management and deployment.

• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching and WIFI, Avaya IP Telephony, FortiGate Firewall, Print Server and MPS, Access control and CCTV.

• Responsible for Installing Operating System, Applications and Computer Peripherals for all systems related assignments.

• Ensures system availability by periodic checks and monitoring of Operating System and Server performance to recommend necessary system enhancements for optimum utilization of available resources and avoid any possible bottlenecks in day to day business.

• Daily support: Diagnose and troubleshoot, research and identify solutions to software and hardware technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on site and company’s remote sites as required.

• Support special events and activities e.g., Video Conference, large meetings Etc.

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

• Responsible to do preventive maintenance keeping infrastructure on latest recommended versions of software and hardware, manage and document configuration activities, apply revisions to host system firmware / patches, software and OS update/upgrade. Also maintain up to date inventory.

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Train, prepare manuals and guidelines for end users using best practice standards and security. Guide users with simple, step by step instructions on phone if required. Maintain and Comply with the IT Policy to ensure all activities are as per the standards.

• Prepare disaster recovery plan, recover and repair hardware or software failures.

• Shall report security incidents, suspected weaknesses in the security system, software malfunctions.
