Main duties of this role:

Ensuring that your duties are carried out smoothly as possible to improve the visibility of the hotel.

Making sure that the hotel environment is well clean and maintain by those responsible to create a lovely surrounding for customers.

Ensure that all menu and reservation are handle by each various department in charge as job duties describe.

Coordinating with other departments for room readiness, and handling guest complaints and queries.

Your leadership and management skills should be essential in maintaining a productive and motivated team.

Attend appropriate training courses when required and demonstrate a knowledge of hotel when it reflect various categories.

Ensure hiring and training staff in matters of professional conduct and understanding what guest expectations are when anticipating problems in order to prevent complaints.

Guess Service Manager.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English.

1-2 years minimum proficiency experience.

Average level in English.

Monthly Salary: 3,100GBP and above, depending on level of experience.

Positive attitude.

Good communication skills.

Ability to listen to others complain.

Good Leadership.
