Job Summary

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
• Manage the tendering process, including bid evaluation and recommendation.
• Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and company policies.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts.
• Assess and manage variations, claims, and change orders.
• Conduct risk and value management assessments.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management.
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms (e.g., FIDIC).
• Excellent understanding of cost control and commercial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
