Looking to hire HVAC Foreman for a leading contracting company

Job Location – Dubai

Salary - AED 2500 – 3000 + Accommodation + Transportation + Annual Air ticket

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of skilled and unskilled workers in maintaining and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems and equipment; conducts regular inspections of work in progress and on completion.

• Checks periodically on generators, motors, compressors, and controls. Initiates action for the major overhaul of equipment.

• Provides technical assistance in the design, installation, and maintenance of these mechanical systems and equipment.

• Studies developments in refrigerants, equipment, and practices and utilizes findings in the installation and maintenance of equipment.

• Train personnel in the safe operation of equipment and tools.

• Establishes and enforces safety regulations, work performance standards, rules, and working conditions.

• Prepares work reports; maintains stock of replacement and repair parts, material, and supplies; prepares requisitions for supplies, parts, and equipment.

Requirements-

• 5-7 years of UAE experience preferred as a HVAC Foreman

• Should be a Diploma holder (Minimum)

• Min 5 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience and considerable experience in the operation, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills.

• Must have UAE Driver’s License.
