Description

Job Summary

  • The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for technical maintenance, fit-out, HVAC, MEP, and renovation services. The role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide clients with suitable solutions and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility management companies, consultants, contractors, and homeowners.
  • Conduct site inspections and identify client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs in coordination with the technical team.
  • Present technical solutions and explain the scope of work to clients.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate to secure contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities using CRM or sales reports.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of technical sales experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in HVAC, MEP, fit-out, maintenance, or construction is preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and quotations.
