We are looking for Filipina Secretary to join our team.
She will be responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities while simultaneously representing the executive office. She must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and be a personable and professional representative of the management’s office. Should coordinates inter-departmental work projects and serves as a liaison between her boss, other department and/or other companies. The ideal candidate should have a thorough MS Package knowledge, component level technical understanding, have excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette, team relations skills including follow-up and performs excellent support especially to Sales Department.
Must be in residing in Ajman or Sharjah. UAE experience is advantage but not mandatory.
