Join Our Team as a Hotel Manager in Dubai!

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and marketing
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of department heads and staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets
• Ensure that all hotel facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback and take corrective actions as needed
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, expense control, and revenue management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and industry partners
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience in hotel management or a related role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field
• UAE residency or a valid work permit required
