• Sit at the front desk and professionally answer calls. Assess the callers’ needs and transfer calls to appropriate offices and personnel
• Responsibilities include returning voice messages in a timely manner
• Greet all visitors with a professional and friendly manner
• Work with the Director and department chairs to identify tutoring needs
• Perform all clerical works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax correspondence and other works being assigned from time to time
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Proven experience as tele sales representative
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goal, e.g. setting meetings for sales team to close
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong leadership and initiative
• Must be able to responsibly handle confidential information
• Previous tutoring and customer service & tele caller experience are a plus
• Must possess strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel
and Outlook
