JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage and support daily office administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in handling office documentation, and the ability to coordinate with staff and management in the UAE work environment.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
• Maintain office documents, records, and filing systems
• Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
• Coordinate with staff, management, and external parties
• Schedule meetings and support day-to-day office activities
• Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents

Requirements
• Min. 8 years of UAE Experience in Administration
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Proficiency in MS Office
