• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases.

Sarah SGME (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Secretary cum Receptionist (For Arabic Applicants only) in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi City - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have • high school diploma or relevant work experience • arabic & english– expertise for written/typing and oral qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require coordinate, administration, report, telephony, arabic, handling, servicing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
