Position Overview:

• Packaging: Assist in packaging products according to company standards and guidelines. This includes labeling, sealing, and ensuring that items are correctly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any defects or issues. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels for packaging materials such as boxes, tape, and labels. Notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the packing area is clean and organized at all times. Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Efficiency: Strive to improve packing processes and suggest enhancements that can increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
