Operations Manager

Background:

We offer children and adults alike of all ages (from 2 to 65), shapes, sizes and fitness levels, an unrivaled experience of in excess of 23,000 square feet comprising inflatable activities, laser frenzy, zip zag and the warrior assault interactive course.

Air Maniax is looking to recruit an Operations Manager who will be fully responsible for the day to day management of the centre and will play a key role in the marketing and promotional activities throughout the club including special events.

Candidate must be a self-driven and motivated person. This role will require someone who is creative thinking and can develop opportunities to increase guest participation and serve the needs of both the children and parents.

Your main duties will include:

• Manage stated areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

• Direct and liaise with the Play Attendants

• Assist with a marketing and budgeting

• Ensure all SOP's, Policies & Procedures and Health Guidelines are followed accordingly.

• Actively promote and encourage participation of guests in activities & events.

• Report to the Director on a regular basis Motivate and encourage the staff to ensure their best performance

• Prepare monthly rosters ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times establish good relations and rapport

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness

• To be responsible for the resources within the outlet

Experience:

• Childcare knowledge & experience

• Children Club Experience – Entertainment/Recreation/Theme Parks

• Previous Leadership/Management skills within a Childcare Environment

• Experience with children from 2-15 years of age

• A customer-focused, approachable and outgoing personality

• Flexibility and multi-tasking skills;

• Strong English skills, additional language is desirable i.e. French, Arabic,

• Computer Literate

• Strong organisation & Time Management

Package:

Company Visa Provided

Medical Insurance

Minimum contract period required is 2 years

Salary is from AED 10,000-13,000 (to be discussed during the interview)
