Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Boy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide a variety of administrative support services, including greeting visitors, filing records, sorting mail, and stocking supplies. This role requires a high level of technical sophistication and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and attendees and provide them with the necessary information about the company.
• Ensure that the company environment is neat and presentable at all times.
• Assist in responding to emails, scheduling meetings and activities, and other administrative tasks.
• Sort and deliver mail, documents, and packages, as assigned.
• Prepare and serve refreshments in meetings.
• Monitor the use of equipment and supplies, and restock as needed.
• Handle and manage property and assets, such as keys and cards, as required.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Proficient with computers and office equipment.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented.
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
