Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Provide information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and client satisfaction.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain records.
• Should be in Dubai or Ready to relocate to Dubai.
