Description

-Preparation & submission of monthly MIS report to management for retail group with necessary information in place.

- Preparing reports like Break Even Analysis, projected cash flow, Rent schedule, Sales report.

- Submission like sales report every month to management.

- Preparing store wise performance review of sales for operation team.

- Preparation of budgets and forecast and analysis

- Preparing financial analysis as per the revised rent for the stores.

- Submission of monthly sales achievements to mall management wherever the turnover rent is applicable.

- Ensuring the insurance policies for the group are in place and submission of new insurance applications to insurance agency.

- Update and maintain new projects rental status with updates on clearance of cheques and submit on weekly basis.

Candidate Profile:

-Should be Graduate/Post Graduate.

- Having Minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE

- Basic Knowledge in accounts

- Candidates with Advance Excel skills required
