Client support engineer on site who possess skill set to first level support on:
o MS Windows 10
o Office 365
o In house applications
Ø Good troubleshooting skills.
Ø Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
Ø Ensure all calls logged in the ticketing system are resolved within SLA
Ø Excellent attitude towards customer support.
Ø Needs to have excellent communication skills.
Ø Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Ø Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team.
Ø Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Ø Experience: 4 to 6 years.
Ø Salary: will be based on experience & technical
