We are looking for someone to work as a front office assistant on our team who is organized and kind. In addition to making a good first impression on guests, the front office assistant is essential to the efficient running of front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- The role involves greeting visitors professionally, answering phone calls, providing information, managing the front desk, receiving mail, distributing deliveries, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel accommodations, assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, record-keeping, and file maintenance, preparing and distributing communications, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and collaborating with other staff. The role also involves using office software and handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- A high school degree, previous administrative experience, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a professional manner, strong organizational abilities, familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, the capacity to work in high-traffic situations, adaptability, and a positive outlook are all prerequisites for the position.
