Description

Selfdrive.ae is hiring a CSR / Sales Representative who is responsible for managing Inbound and outbound calls relating to Car rental, leasing, ancillary services, after sales queries, rental extensions etc.

*****Only serious and Immediate joiners apply******

Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa

Call Centre experience is Mandatory

Responsibilities:

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

· Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way

· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications required:

· Proven experience as a Customer Executive or relevant role

Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required

Proficiency in English

Atleast 1 year UAE Call centre experience is required

Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply

Industry-Internet / Ecommerce

Functional Area-ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Note:

·Minimum 1 year Call centre and/or Sales experience in UAE is a MUST

·Immediate joining is a MUST
