- Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Explain product/service details and resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow‑ups
- Update CRM records and ensure accurate documentation
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic, and customer‑oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

PROSPERO COMPANY (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Telecalling Executive in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require customer, telecalling executive, team, outbound, inbound calls, communication skills, basic, telecalling, verbal communication, pressure, minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
