Job Description and duties:
- Adapt and replicate recipe preparation in accordance to standards with same output.
- Able to open and close in full and flawlessly.
- Knows or a fast learner of using POS systems
- High communication set and able to manage chain product suppliers and service providers.
- Manage supplies and report daily supply off-take, leftover and report food supply requirements.
- Follow standards of food storage and handling
- Implement and follow strict hygiene and high-quality operation standards.
- Synchronizing workflow in the kitchen and with front of the house.
- Communicating with Management SWOT analysis
- Dedicating time for self-development.
Required Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Honest, transparent and positively energized.
- Friendly smiling attitude with colleagues.
- Basic computer and MS Office Skills
- Capable of working through rush hours and tough service hours without compromising on dish quality.

The ideal candidate should have cook qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require region, branch, market, front, brand, quality, service, team, level, environment, industry, care, preparation, standards, open, restaurant, communication, food, handling, workflow, strong communication skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
