Description

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented Chat Support to join our growing team. Candidate should be a focused, quick thinker who can comfortably handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively. Previous experience with computer data entry systems and processes a plus.

1. Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
2. Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
3. Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
4. Organize files in a logical and manageable fashion
5. Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
6. Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
7. Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management
8. Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
9. Requirements and Qualifications:
10. Degree in relevant field or equivalent qualifications or experience in relevant filed will be an advantage
11. Customer Service Experience is mandatory
12. Computer literate with experience using microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access)
13. Proficient and dexterous typist
14. Can encode data with speed and accuracy
15. Basic math skills
16. Ability to quickly process and organize information
17. High attention to detail
18. Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
19. Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner
