Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B sales to work for a Digital Marketing company in Dubai.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue from new accounts and representing the company in various capacities and to expand the business.
Our main products and services include Website Development, Social Media Management, Branding, search engine optimization (SEO).
Responsibilities:
• Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities.
• Manage entire Sales life-cycle including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product service presentation, proposal presentation sales closure and revenue collection
• Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market.
• Strategic program management for large business initiatives and partnerships.
• Develop leads, sourcing, managing, and implementing new business development.
Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in B2B outdoor sales environment, preferably in IT sales, website, social media knowledge would be added advantage.
• Proven Business Development and Prospecting Results
• Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Experience in lead generation and conversion
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Meets monthly sales target to be a return for investment
NOTE : Position requires, a valid driver’s license own car is a plus
